Braehead Ice Centre is thrilled to announce the launch of our new Learn to Skate sessions! Whether you’re a complete beginner or want to refine your skills, our 6-week blocks are designed to help skaters of all ages and skill levels progress through the basics and beyond. Sessions start on November 20, 2024, and offer dedicated time slots for both children and adults.
Session Details
Children’s Learn to Skate (Ages 5-16)
- When: Wednesdays from 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm and Thursdays from 4:15 pm – 5:45 pm
- Levels: Available for levels 1-8
- Format: Each session includes a 30-minute lesson followed by a 30-minute practice session
Adult Learn to Skate (Ages 16+)
- When: Sundays from 10:30 am – 12:00 pm
- Levels: Available for levels 1-8
- Format: Each session includes a 30-minute lesson followed by a 30-minute practice session
Requirements & Pricing
Skaters joining at levels beyond Level 1 will need to show proof of their completed lower levels through their Skate UK booklet or British Ice Skating certificates. This ensures that every participant is in the right group for their skill level.
The full 6-week block costs £90, and payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
